Long time. Like really long. LOL. Was horribly busy with exams. And you know what? I’m hitting a 3.5. Woah. That’s like a big achievement for me. Whoopee!

Latest? Nothing much. But yeah, I’m starting a home business. Off for almost 3 months. So will make and sell confectionary. Yeah, cakes and cupcakes. Really cute ones. Detals later.

Long time no see....

Hey… sorry. Had been outta touch with blogging for the past… one week I guess? Yeah, somewhat. Time flies.

Updates firstttt!!! Exams in a week’s time. And my media video was ULTIMATE pain. I had to do the bloody editing part, except for the chroma-cut thingy. It was funny, but I don’t think our teacher really liked it. It was not her piece of cake… yeah, whatever. But I worked bloody hard on it, so I hope that my hard work does not go to waste.

Meeting my old school friends tomorrow. That will be a break for sure =D

Anyone watching American Idol? I wasn’t following this season, but I wanted Lee Dewyse to win so badly! Hallelujah was AWESOME! But Crystal was not that bad either... but Lee had a very David Cook-ish appeal so I guess he HAD to win.

So my blog song will be Hallelujah- the Lee Dewyse version.

I baked chocolate cake with mint icing recently on a friends birthday. It was quite good, really!

I’ll update probably after my exams now. Right now have a bad flu. Its in the air in Karachi.

Recent facebook activity is hurtful. I strongly condemn "Everybody draw Muhammad (PBUH) Day."
It's not freedom of speech, its hate speech, or racism. One can not simply, so easily, make fun of religious figures just like that. 


Making a video as a project for media studies. Very slow progress. Hope we do a good job.  Then I have a debate for my speech communication on class. Then I have quizzes. Then exams. WOW. 


Feed my fishes! I wish they even had a cat...

Dear blog.

Had a not-so-good day yesterday. Tuesdays and Fridays are quite a torture already due to the 7 hour wait between classes, and we spend this time either at home (if we are lucky) or lazing around the corridors of university. University is under construction, and by now I think most of the readers might have guessed the university I am in.

Back to the topic. My day, or rather, our day (including Ann, Baby G, Ebo, Lina and Haha) was ruined by one of the lecturers, Miss R. She was BIASED to the CORE while grading our presentations and it can simply not be a coincidence that us group of friends (and another group) had the lowest marks in our groups made for presentations. WTH?!? I swore in my heart the whole day. I was so pissed. It was bad. REALLY BAD.

Ann summed up her psychological state very nicely. “I think she was nerdy R and not very popular, so now she is giving marks to those students who are popular and irritate her to core.”

I know this time the blog is not so funny. It’s because I am not in a good mood. But all thee who are applying... Thou be ready!!! Where university life is fun, you need to know the tactics on how to be in the good books of your lecturers.

I need to concentrate on Palestine issue in class now. Yes, I am blogging in class.

Why a blog?

Just felt like it... it just seems interesting. It’s something like a "Dear Diary" kind of thing. But I don't plan to do it every single day. Or else I won't graduate. Honestly!

Before writing this blog I seriously thought that the purpose of my blog would be… mmm... to tell people about middle-class teenagers lives. But I don't think I will stick to my purpose. All the fault of my Media Studies teacher and stupid Speech Communication presentations!! They have got this idea in my head of me trying to remove stereotypes of people of the world about us teenagers of Pakistan. Its not my thing.

But readers BEWARE. I have horrible, and I mean H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E writing skills. Seriously jokes apart. My creativity stops at baking. And sewing. And a little bit of painting. That’s it.

I think that is quite enough for now. Or else I will seriously get a bad scolding from my dear sweet mother (I am not being sarcastic. My mum is one of a kind, most adorable creature on planet earth).
